The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine re formation of prices (tariffs)”

The law specifies powers of the national commission exercising state regulation in energy sector in the part of fixing prices and tariffs for electrical power and natural gas; and determines state collegial bodies to be the subject exercising state regulation of prices and establishes their respective powers.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0919.
